補(bǔ)體過(guò)敏毒素 C3a 是補(bǔ)體系統(tǒng)激活(經(jīng)典、凝集素或旁路途徑)過(guò)程中,由 C3 轉(zhuǎn)化 酶裂解 C3 蛋白α鏈釋放的小分子多肽(77 個(gè)氨基酸,分子量 9 kDa)。作為補(bǔ)體級(jí)聯(lián)的核 心炎癥介質(zhì),C3a 在血漿中以前體形式(無(wú)活性) 存在,經(jīng)羧肽酶 N 切除 C 端精氨酸后轉(zhuǎn) 化為活性形式 C3a-desArg(失去受體結(jié)合能力但保留部分免疫調(diào)節(jié)功能)。 |
