| I. Background | |
| CD22（Siglec-2）屬于唾液酸結合免疫球蛋白型凝集素家族（Siglecs）成員，是一種 I 型跨膜蛋白，同時(shí)也是 B 細胞表面抑制性輔助受體之一，它與 B 細胞的發(fā)展、分化和功能 密切相關(guān)。CD22 在 B 細胞發(fā)育的早期主要在細胞內表達，包括 pro-B 和 pre-B 細胞，并且 隨著(zhù) B 細胞發(fā)育的成熟，這種表達逐漸轉移到細胞表面。CD22 可特異性結合含唾液酸 （Sia）的聚糖，并通過(guò)其 ITIM 抑制 B 細胞受體（BCR）信號傳導，發(fā)揮維持體液免疫穩 態(tài)的作用。CD22 在絕大多數成熟的外周 B 細胞中特異性表達，且在大多數 B 細胞惡性腫 瘤中表達，包括非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）、毛細胞白血病（HCL）、慢性淋巴細胞白血病 和急性淋巴細胞白血病（B-ALL）等。 | |
