| I. Background | |||
| 免疫調節蛋白的 B7 家族是結構相關(guān)的細胞表面蛋白，在抗原呈遞細胞/腫瘤細胞內和 腫瘤/免疫細胞之間的信號傳導中起著(zhù)核心作用。B7 家族成員（包括 CTLA-4、PD-1 和 PD-L1）之間的相互作用介導的免疫檢查點(diǎn)機制可以產(chǎn)生致瘤和共調節功能。B7-H3 蛋白 表達與許多實(shí)體瘤（包括宮頸癌、卵巢癌和乳腺癌等）的不良預后具有相關(guān)性。B7-H3 （CD276）有兩種異構體（2Ig 和 4Ig），沒(méi)有確定的同源受體，B7-H3 在多種惡性腫瘤中 均有表達，與惡性腫瘤的生長(cháng)、轉移、復發(fā)、預后不良等因素密切相關(guān)。B7-H3 可下調Ｔ 輔助 1 型介導的免疫反應抑制 CD4+T 細胞活化，并抑制細胞因子的產(chǎn)生，發(fā)揮促進(jìn)癌細胞 免疫逃逸的作用。 | |||
